Registration for an Event is subject to availability and is considered confirmed only after:
● the registration form has been successfully submitted;
● full payment has been received (where applicable);
● a confirmation email has been issued by UGAMC.
UGAMC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration if submitted information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or if participation is considered inappropriate for the Event.
Some Events may have additional participation requirements, which will be communicated on the relevant Event page.
3. Ticket Purchase & Payment
Payments made through the Website are securely processed by Stripe. UGAMC does not collect or store your full payment card information.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
● you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
● all payment information provided is accurate and complete;
● you accept the published ticket price and any applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout.
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the specified currency unless otherwise indicated.
A purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration after successful payment processing.
If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your registration will not be completed until payment has been successfully received.
UGAMC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel fraudulent transactions, or refuse any order where required by law or to protect the integrity of our services.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and event organizers.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific Event page:
● cancellation requests submitted more than 30 days before the Event may be eligible for a full or partial refund;
● cancellation requests received within 30 days before the Event may not be eligible for a refund;
● no refunds will be issued after the Event has started. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official UGAMC contact email.
If an Event is cancelled by UGAMC, participants will be offered either:
● a full refund of the registration fee; or
●the opportunity to transfer the registration to a future Event, where applicable.
UGAMC is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, visa fees, or any other third-party expenses incurred by participants.
Where permitted, ticket transfers to another participant may be approved upon written request submitted before the Event. Approval of ticket transfers remains at the sole discretion of UGAMC.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the processing times of Stripe and the participant’s financial institution.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, videos, presentations, educational materials, documents, and other intellectual property, is owned by UGAMC or used under a valid license or authorization.
No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of UGAMC.
